Project Description:
Fence replacement and new fence construction at five retention basins in Torrance.
Galvanized chain link, vinyl coated galvanized chain link, and wrought iron fencing shall be constructed.  The basin locations are:

1. MADRONA BASIN - Madrona Ave. and Sepulveda Blvd.
   
2. SUSANA BASIN - Susana Ave. and Sunny View St.
   
3. EL DORADO BASIN - Maple Ave. and El Dorado Ave.
   
4. ENTRADERO BASIN - Entradero Ave. and Halison St.
   
5. VINE BASIN - Vine St. and 237th St.
