LIBRARY NOTICES


- ALL Torrance Libraries will be CLOSED Sunday and Monday, January 18-19, 2009 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

- The Katy Geissert Civic Center Library main level is now open to the public.  The lobby is temporarily closed for refurbishment - please enter the building on the north side (back parking lot) through the back door until further notice.

- The Katy Geissert Civic Center Library is now open most Sundays from 1pm-5pm through June 2009.

- Branch library refurbishment began January 1, 2009.  The Southeast Branch Library is CLOSED for approximately 3 months (to mid April).

- Good news!  You may now renew most materials (including videos and DVDs) twice.
